Important Update

Following the enactment of Law 5297/2026, the receipt of applications for the inclusion of investment projects in the Strategic Investments procedure as well as their evaluation, is carried out by the competent authorities of the General Secretariat for Private Investments of the Ministry of Development, in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
